The concept of time, people and life in general I find to be fascinating. Whether I'm painting or photographing, I want to capture and tell a story. It's a way of life for me. A serious story in its complexity, or something simple with its beauty; I want to capture it.
I love anything that’s out of the ordinary, colorful, textural, vintage and just plain cool. Travelling is something that I thrive on. Experiencing the new and different is what drives me. I’ve traveled all over the U.S., London, Montreal, Spain, Morocco, New Zealand, Australia & Mexico.
Beginning as a painter, I eventually moved into the realm of photography. I graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Photography and Digital Imaging, receiving several awards and acknowledgements for my work as well as participating in juried shows and collaborative exhibits over the years. I also have a piece in Bristol Community College's permanent collection. With my background in painting, I have naturally become a professional photo retoucher in NYC and have been contracted on many shoots and projects with clients such as Starbucks, SapientNitro Agency, & Carbone Smolan Agency to name a few.
Most recently I've produced, creative directed and photographed Ad Campaigns for Industry Standard Vodka (photo, left), Le Chic, 2016 SS & 2016 FW Collections and Lookbooks for IMWIM, Kimera Design, SDN Brooklyn, editorial of the Nathalie Kraynina Collection, and photos for business websites such as Chasing Tailor & Foster Glorioso Salon. My work has been featured in publications such as Alchemist Magazine, Florum Magazine, Unfolded Magazine, Runway Passport, Vesper Magazine, Prevention Magazine and Website; Newsday, Long Island and New York City News Source; The Standard TImes Daily Newspaper of the Southcoast region of MA; Big, Red and Shiny Art Publication, Boston; American Society of Media Photographers Bulletin; Upscale Living Magazine; and Ringling College of Art and Design's Admissions Catalogue and Calender.
Currently, I'm based out of NYC and the New England area.
